The development of business and lead of sales units is the pillar of all my activities. At first, in marketing and advertising sales for Lifestyle Magazin WIENER & WIENERIN and Der Standard or marketing for the Viennese porcelain manufactory Augarten.
Then came 23 years in various areas of the leading multi media corporation, the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF. Among other, I operated advertising sales, product placement & sponsoring, international content sales, music publishing, merchandising & licensing, digital media operations and finance.

For ORF, I built up the international Content Sales & Licensing Business together with international teams and the Austrian film industry.
Increasing revenue through worldwide sales of the popular ORF Universum nature documentaries, New Year's Concert, films & series were among the tasks - in addition to digitizing processes, leading internal teams and external partners, organizing trade fairs and events.
I offer comprehensive know-how in global distribution, copyright and licensing of video and audio content.
In 2010, I was appointed Managing Director & CFO of ORF's commercial subsidiary, ORF Enterprise GmbH. Alongside the CEO, I was responsible for Finance, HR & Administration as well as International Content Distribution, Merchandising and ORF Music Publishing.
In addition, I was Co-CEO Muti Media of ORF Online & Teletext GmbH, responsible for the management of Austria's largest streaming platform, ORF TVthek, as well as services for the hearing impaired (=subtitling) in the course of accessibility (CSR).

From A-Z: As managing director of ORF Mediaservice Beteiligungs GmbH, I was involved in some share acquisitions and (partial) divestment deals.
Due diligence reviews with external consulting firms, the in- and outsourcing of personnel and interim management were part of these tasks (area of change management).
Experience through functions in advisory boards, management boards and commercial management round off this experience.
In 2021, I was offered to operate as Managing Director Marketing, Sales and R&D of GW Cosmetics GmbH, a pioneer and owner-managed manufacturer of Hair & Care cosmetics. The business unit included product and trade marketing for three international cosmetic brands, private label, product development and global export. Sales responsibilities included export of cosmetics through distributors to 70 countries, D2C retail sales (drugstores, perfumeries, pharmacies), and e-commerce with three proprietary online stores. Master Lin, Beauty Lash and RefectoCil.
Since then, I have been passionate about retail and consulting projects in the field of e-commerce and loyalty programs.
Respponsible stakeholder management is key to corporate success, I have completed a certification as Supervisory Expert at the Incite Academy of the Chamber of Commerce.
Because ESG/CSR is part of any corporate responsibility, I have completed a training as Sustainability Officer at the TÜV Austria Academy in 2023 to be able to set up ESG projects for small or medium sized companies.
